  • 1 boneless chicken breast or chicken fillet
  • 1 loaf of crustless sandwich bread or any other bread you usually use, can be gluten-free and lactose-free.
  • Parmesan Cheese or your favorite cheese: Thin shavings or flakes for a salty and flavorful touch.
  • Caesar Dressing: Optional.
Ingredients you’ll need for the dressing

  • 1/2 cup good quality olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 slices of leek (optional)
Also try adding (optional):
  • Bacon: Crispy and flavorful, bacon adds a smoky touch to the salad.
  • Eggs: Chopped or sliced boiled eggs are a popular addition in many versions of Caesar Salad.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and crispy/toasted.
Salad
  1. Wash the lettuce well.
  2. Tear or cut the leaves into medium pieces.
  3. In a salad bowl, mix the lettuce leaves, a little Caesar dressing (optional, not everyone likes the strong flavor, some replace it with a little mayonnaise or garlic sauce).
  4. Place the croutons and grilled chicken cubes in the salad, mix and then add the grated cheese or cheese flakes on top.
  5. If you want to add extras like bacon and boiled eggs, mix them in and only then add the cheese on top.
